Based in Islamabad, a stunning metropolis snuggling in the backdrop of the spectacular Margalla Hills, the precise location of Centaurus is nestled in the commercial heart of Islamabad directly on the confluence of the main Faisal and Jinnah avenue in Sector F 8. Overlooking the world famous Faisal Mosque lies the prime corner site of Islamabad’s most ambitious project to date.
The $350 million Centaurus complex comprises of a 37-storey deluxe 7 star hotel, with two 21-storey residential towers, a 25-storey corporate office complex, and a 5-storey shopping mall. The complex will have a parking lot that would accommodate over 2,000 vehicles and is set for completion in 2010.
Partners in the project include Atkins, the highly rated British engineering firm who constructed the world famous Burj Al Arab in Dubai and Hilton Conrad who have recently been signed up to manage and maintain the first ever 7 star hotel in Pakistan.
