1. Deposit 10% on signing the reservation form

2. 1st Instalment 10% within 30 days from signing of reservation form

3. 2nd Instalment 10% within 120 days from signing of reservation form

4. 3rd Instalment 10% within 180 days from 2nd Instalment OR on completion of Piling, whichever comes earlier

5. 4th Instalment 15% on completion of Parking Podium

6. 5th Instalment 10% on completion of 5th Floor Structure

7. 6th Instalment 10% on completion of 10th Floor Structure

8. 7th Instalment 10% on completion of Top Floor Structure

9. Final Instalment 15% on completion
